GROUP SESSION

 

Guidelines & Expectations

​

 Angela will come to you. Group sessions are structured as gallery-style readings lasting two to two and a half hours. During these sessions, guests sit in a circle or horseshoe formation while Angela allows spirit to speak.

 

A minimum of six guests is required to book a session.

 

To prepare the sacred space, Angela performs a traditional smudge involving the burning of sage. This process creates a small amount of smoke and scent; please provide advance notice if this is a concern for any attendees.

 

For locations outside of Glace Bay, an additional travel fee of $0.75 per kilometer applies within the CBRM.

Important: The quality of the experience is influenced by the collective energy present, so choosing guests who bring an open heart and an open mind is encouraged.

 

Clients are permitted to record the session at their own responsibility.

 

While a question period may be held at the end if time allows, the direction of the session is ultimately up to spirit, and readings for every individual guest cannot be guaranteed.

 

Hosts will receive a reminder message during the week of the session and a final confirmation message on the day of the event.

To ensure the session begins exactly at the allotted time, the host is fully responsible for organizing and collecting all guest payments prior to Angela's arrival. Having the full balance prepared in advance prevents delays and allows Angela to begin the setup and smudging process immediately upon arrival.

Guest Count Changes & Minimum Policy

​

If there is a last-minute change in your guest count, Angela must be notified immediately. Because group sessions require a strict minimum of six guests, any drop below this number means your session will either be rescheduled, or you, as the host, may choose to absorb the additional cost for the six-guest minimum to keep your original scheduled time.

Small Group Virtual Readings

​

​

Connect with the spirit world alongside your chosen circle in an intimate, online setting designed for small groups of four or more guests. These sacred sessions last between 1.5 to 2 hours, prioritizing meaningful connections for everyone present.

 

Because virtual group readings are highly tailored, they are available exclusively by request.

​

Please note that mediumship is an organic process, and ultimately, it is up to Spirit who chooses to communicate. While every effort is made to ensure everyone receives a reading, specific connections or messages cannot be guaranteed, as Angela has no control over who comes through or what they share.

​

Booking & Attendance Policies:

​

• By Request Only: Email to request your private group session here.

​

• Time Zone: All sessions are scheduled in Atlantic Time (AT) to reflect Angela's location.

​

• Time Calculation: Clients are fully responsible for calculating their local start time correctly.

​

• Tech Requirements: Clients are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection for the video call.

​

• Privacy: Each participant must be completely alone in their room during the call. Outside energy directly impacts the clarity and flow of the readings.

​

• Exclusivity: Only officially booked guests are permitted to be present on screen or in the room during the time of the call.

​

Payment & Access Details:​​

​

• Access Link: An email containing payment directions and your secure Zoom call link will be sent to you 48 hours before your session.

​

• Email Safety: Please check your spam or junk folder if you do not see this email in your inbox.

 

• Deadline: Full payment is strictly due the day before your scheduled session. You must complete your payment within 24 hours before your session to secure your spot.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

​We understand that schedule changes are sometimes necessary.

24 hours notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling requests is required.

• Timely Changes: You may cancel or reschedule your appointment free of charge up to 24 hours before your scheduled start time.

• Late Cancellations & Late Rescheduling: Any changes made less than 24 hours in advance will incur a late fee.

No-Show Policy

​

Failing to appear for your scheduled appointment without any prior notice drastically impacts our day and prevents other clients from booking that time slot.

​

• No Refunds: If you do not show up for your appointment, no refunds will be issued for any prepaid amounts or deposits.

​

• Rebooking Requirement: A rebooking fee of 50% will be applied for all no-shows.

​

How to Change Your Appointment

Please submit all cancellations or rescheduling requests directly through your Calendly account, or

by email here.

Important: Communication & Email Delivery

​

It is the clients responsibility to monitor your email inbox and spam/junk folders for all booking confirmations, reminders, and updates.

​

• Mark as Safe: Please add angela@angelamaclellan.com and notifcations@calendly.com  to your safe senders list or contacts to ensure you receive critical appointment details.

• Missed Notifications: Lost communication due to unmonitored folders or spam filters will not waive any late cancellation or no-show fees.
